Your celebration
Around 110 guests is a lovely fit for Longbridge. Whether you imagine a full house or a more intimate gathering, share your plans and we will help find the layout that feels right. Final numbers are agreed within our 110-guest capacity, with the space and flow of your day thoughtfully considered.
Yes. Your day. Your people. Your story. On your wedding day, the manor is exclusively yours, with no other wedding sharing the spotlight. Settle in, make yourselves at home and let the world outside wait a little. Your access times and the spaces included will be clearly set out in your booking agreement.
Yes. There are three spaces to choose from: the Rose Gallery, the Windsor Suite and the Staunton Room. Each offers a different setting for your vows, and we will help you find the one that feels most like you. Your ceremony date is subject to registrar availability; registrar or celebrant fees and arrangements are confirmed separately.

We would love to welcome you. A private viewing gives us time to show you around, hear your ideas and answer your questions. Request an appointment through our enquiry form or give us a call. Please wait for our team to confirm your visit before travelling.
Arrange your first visitYes. You will be allocated a wedding coordinator to help bring your ideas together. A virtual Longbridge walkthrough lets you picture the day from arrival to the last goodnight. We then explore the practical details on site, refining timings, room layouts and the little transitions together. As your plans evolve, we revisit them with you, so you feel confident about how it will all unfold.
Of course. Once you are part of the Longbridge family, you are welcome back as often as you like before your wedding — to talk through a detail, try out an idea or simply enjoy a coffee and a catch-up. Just arrange each visit with your coordinator so we can make time for you. Wedding planning should have a few lovely moments of its own.
Your date, guest numbers, menu and chosen details will shape a personalised quote. The collections and prices shown on this website are illustrative, not confirmed packages or a booking offer; their 60-guest examples are not the venue capacity. Example prices include VAT. Before you commit, we will set out the agreed inclusions, optional extras and any mandatory charges, so there are no details left to guess.
See collections & pricesBegin with an enquiry and a visit, then let us talk through availability and your plans. Your personalised quote and booking agreement will explain the deposit, payment schedule, cancellation terms and what happens next. A date is only reserved once the agreed booking requirements are completed; an enquiry or viewing request alone does not secure it.
Start your wedding enquiryFood & drink
Absolutely — from our carefully selected preferred suppliers. Each has been chosen through a rigorous selection process and months of taste testing, because the food should be every bit as memorable as the occasion. We will help you explore their menus and service styles, with food, drinks and costs agreed clearly as part of your plans.
Tell your coordinator about dietary requirements and allergies early, so they can be discussed with your chosen preferred caterer. We will help you confirm suitable menu options and any preparation or serving arrangements with the supplier before the day. Please make sure individual allergies are clearly recorded rather than assumed to be covered by a menu choice.
Your guests & getting here
Yes. Longbridge Manor is in Warwick, Warwickshire, just off the M40 — a country-manor setting with a straightforward road route from London, Oxford and the Midlands. Use CV34 6RB when planning your journey. We can talk through guest arrivals and the practical details with you, so everyone knows where to go before the day.
Location & directionsVery soon. Our accommodation is opening imminently, bringing a little more time together and a slower morning after the celebrations. Rooms are not yet available to book, and no overnight stay is currently included in the illustrative collections. Speak to your coordinator about the latest opening plans before making arrangements for your date.
Our accommodation plansAbsolutely. Longbridge welcomes the whole family, from the littlest guests to those who have watched your story grow. There is a baby-changing table in the accessible bathroom close to the Rose Gallery, so a little practical help is never far away.
Absolutely. There is an accessible bathroom close to the Rose Gallery. Every guest is different, so tell us about mobility, sensory or other access needs and we will talk through the relevant rooms, routes and practical arrangements with you before anyone travels.
Not just yet. One of our owners is a devoted animal lover, and we are working on the facilities and arrangements to welcome pets in a future chapter. For now, please make other plans for your pets and ask us for the latest update. Please speak to our team separately about assistance dogs and any access requirements.
Yes. There are designated smoking areas near the outdoor space, with signs to guide guests. We simply ask that everyone uses those areas, keeping the rest of the manor comfortable for the whole celebration.
